Pathway Summary
Worcestershire CCC aims to ensure all involvement in club activity is a ‘great experience’. Driven by the values of trust, inclusiveness, kindness, togetherness and resilience ensures the pathway creates a positive image of the game and the club. The pathway aspires to lead in terms of talent identification, development and inclusion where we support players to thrive in cricket, for Worcestershire and England.

Overall pathway numbers show a 60% state school representation which is above the national target of 55%.
32% of the boy’s pathway come from ethnically diverse backgrounds representing 9 different communities
An increase in the match play activities with a state school focus in the EEP with a further increase planned for 2025.
