Girls Pathway Data
There are 89 girls across 4 squads involved in the girl’s pathway in 2025.
Data collected from those within the girl’s pathway shows that 44% are from state schools, and 9% are from ethnic diverse backgrounds representing 5 different communities.
We are committed to reducing barriers upon entering the pathway, which should in turn improve the opportunities for girls from state schools and different ethnic backgrounds. This will come with the introduction of the Early Engagement Programme (EEP) and Waves Programme from January 2026.
