Worcestershire’s new Junior Pathway kit has made an immediate impact, delivering record sales in its first week following the announcement of our new partnership with Macron.
Designed specifically for players on the club’s junior pathway, the range has been developed with a clear aim: lowering barriers to participation. By cutting costs, we’ve made this year’s kit an average of 9% cheaper than last season, helping ensure more young cricketers and families can access the kit they need to represent Worcestershire with pride.
The launch has also been backed by a standout start from the club’s Retail operation. Orders have been delivered in an average of two working days from purchase, ensuring players have been able to get kitted out quickly ahead of winter training programmes.
A number of popular lines have already sold out due to the high demand, but supporters and families won’t have long to wait, a restock is expected within the next two weeks.
“This has been a brilliant start to the Junior Pathway launch and a huge credit to everyone involved,” said Joe Tromans, Chief Revenue Officer.
“Macron have been outstanding from day one, the quality, service and support have been first-class.
“I also want to thank our Retail team at Worcestershire, who’ve worked tirelessly to deliver a smooth launch and get orders out quickly.
“The response has been fantastic, and the most important thing is that we’re helping make the pathway more accessible by reducing costs for families.”
The Junior Pathway kit range is available to those in the programme to shop online now, with more sizes and lines returning as the next delivery arrives over the coming fortnight. The full 2026 kit and trainingwear range will be available to all supporters in early February.
