Our team at Visit Worcestershire New Road are here to ensure that a visit to Worcestershire County Cricket Club is a positive experience for everyone.
Our Membership and Ticketing team are available Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm to support customers and solve enquiries.
All of our stewards are fully trained, and work with the needs of our customers to make sure that different and varied needs of all our visitors are catered for to provide a positive experience for everyone who attends our ground.
Access to the Ground & Car Parking
Visit Worcestershire New Road is situated in Worcester city centre allowing easy access for all. You can find out more about getting to the ground here.
On a match day, visitors are greeted at 2 entry points by our friendly stewards: Reception at the front of the building, and the Graeme Hick Pavilion entrance situated halfway down New Road.
At Visit Worcestershire New Road there is access to limited paid Blue Badge parking, which must be booked in advance either online or on the phone on 01905 337921.
Only a limited number of spaces are available and parking is subject to availability. Please do not arrive at the ground without pre-booked accessible parking as you may not be able to park.
Drop-off Facilities
Drop-off is at the side of the Severn Bridge.
Getting Around The Stadium
We have step-free access and lifts to key areas, including:
- Graeme Hick Pavilion
- Sports Bar
- The View (Levels 2 & 3)
- Ticket Office
If you need assistance upon arrival, our team is happy to help.
We have launched an initiative designed to make match days more accessible and enjoyable for all. Visitors with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can now enter the ground 30 minutes before gates open to the general public, giving them a chance to acclimatise and explore in a quieter, calmer setting.

We offer a range of viewing options:
- Pitch-level seating for easy access
- Balcony seating in the Sports Bar (members’ areas)

Wheelchair-friendly toilets are located throughout the ground. These facilities are clearly signposted and easily accessible.
