Worcestershire CCC Academy completed a second victory in the space of 24 hours over Ireland Under-17s by nine wickets at Oak Hill CC, County Wicklow.
The County bowled out the home side for 105 in 46 overs after a disciplined performance in which Aaron Tomson picked up three wickets and Ed Bragg, Henry Marshall and Josh Baker two apiece.
Dan Holland then hit an unbeaten half century to see Worcestershire to victory with 22.1 overs to spare.
Ireland opted to bat and were immediately on the back foot after skipper Bragg sent back the openers Oliver Metcalfe (10) and Archie Johnston (1) with only 19 runs on the board.
Marshall then weighed in with a double strike before Tomson and Baker worked their way effectively through the middle and lower order.
Mitchell Thompson was the only player to offer much resistance and was unbeaten on 27.
Tomson finished with figures of 10-1-22-3 and Baker 10-3-14-2 – an excellent combined effort of 5-36 from 20 overs – Bragg 4-0-9-2, Marshall 7-1-16-2 and Mitchell Stanley 8-2-14-1.
When Worcestershire batted, Clark and Holland put their side on the way to victory with an opening stand of 69.
Clark made 37 off 60 balls with six fours before he was dismissed and then Holland was joined by Ollie Halion (six not out) to see Worcestershire over the finishing line.
Holland finished unbeaten on 53 from 78 deliveries with two sixes and six fours.
