Delivery Policy

We currently offer a recorded service via our providers APC. This is a flat rate fee of £4.99 per parcel.

You can also Click & Collect at our shop for free.

We aim to dispatch your order between 2-3 working days with the subsequent delivery taking 1-2 days.

Whilst we aim to achieve these timescales during periods of high demand dispatch may take up to five days.

We can’t be held responsible for any delays in transit to you once your parcel is with our courier so please allow a good amount of time if you need your order for a specific date.

Orders placed late on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. All parcels must be signed for and it is the customers responsibility to make themselves available for delivery.

Click & Collect

We are pleased to offer a click & collect service to our customers. You can choose this option at the checkout phase of your order. Please read the information below before you make your click & collect purchase.

You must wait for your second confirmation email before heading to the Club Shop to collect your order. Orders can be collected during the following opening hours: Monday – Saturday 9am – 3pm.

If you have selected your order to collect in store we will hold this at the Club Shop for you to collect within one month of purchase. If you haven’t collected your order after one month of the purchase date your products will be returned to stock. If you can’t make it to the store in this time frame but would like us to keep your order you will need to contact the store and request an extended time period.

Stock Availability

Whilst we make every effort to ensure all items on the online store show the correct stock availability occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock or items in high demand could sell out before the website stock level is updated.

If we do receive an order and items are no longer in stock a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible to see if an alternative item can be offered or to inform you there may be a short wait until the stock is replenished. If no suitable items are available or acceptable you will be refunded for the out of stock items in full to your original payment card.

If we are unable to get hold of you on the provided contact number and do not receive a response by telephone or email within 48 hours we will continue to process the refund in full to the original payment card.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return the items for a full refund excluding postage within 28 days of your purchase date.

If you wish to exchange an item please return the original for a refund and reorder the desired product or visit the store and we will be able to exchange the product for you.

Online orders can be returned in their original condition and packaging with the labels attached to New Road, WR2 4QQ.

Please enclose inside the return parcel a note with your details.

We recommend that if you do return any products you send it via recorded delivery. Worcestershire County Cricket Club will take no responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

If you receive any products that are incorrect/faulty or damaged please contact us via email retail@wccc.co.uk with your order reference and if possible an image of the damage.
