Worcestershire are heading for a thrilling climax to their LV=Insurance County Championship match with Glamorgan at New Road.
They will require five more wickets and Glamorgan a further 100 runs when play resumes with the total on 232-5 from 80 overs in pursuit of a 332 target.
Charlie Morris picked up two wickets for Worcestershire to add to his invaluable 29 runs as nightwatchman.
The second new ball will be available to him and the other Worcestershire bowlers immediately on Wednesday morning in what could be a crucial first hour.
There will be free admission for Worcestershire’s last four wickets added 52 runs in 13.4 overs after resuming on 147-6.
Gareth Roderick fell victim to a lifter from Michael Neser as an edge flew to Colin Ingram at third slip.
Glamorgan keeper Tom Cullen collected his eighth catch of the game after Joe Leach aimed a drive at Michael Hogan.
Nightwatchman Morris did an excellent job in partnership with Josh Baker.
Baker cover drove Hogan for four to extend the lead past 300, and he and Morris added 33 for the ninth wicket.
Spinner Andrew Salter ended the innings with two wickets in two balls.
Morris, having made 29 off 65 balls, was bowled, and Salter held onto a return catch to dismiss Dillon Pennington.
It left Baker undefeated on 25 from just 24 balls.
When Glamorgan batted, opener David Lloyd survived a chance before he had scored off Joe Leach, a head-high catch at fourth slip.
But it was not a costly miss for the home side, with Lloyd making just 13 before driving Morris straight to mid off.
The second-wicket pair of Edward Byrom and Colin Ingram added 57.
But then Byrom attempted a reverse sweep against Baker, and the ball lobbed up to Ed Barnard at slip.
Morris struck again when Sam Northeast slashed at a widish delivery and picked out Pennington at third man.
Ingram survived a hard chance second slip off Ed Barnard and completed a 103 ball half-century.
There was little Kiran Carlson could do to avoid a superb delivery which climbed on him from Pennington as Roderick took the catch.
But then Billy Root joined forces with Ingram to add 95.
Ingram swept Baker for four to reach three figures but then was undone by a Barnard delivery which nipped back and was lbw.
His 203-ball knock contained 13 boundaries.
