Worcestershire Academy (Under-18s) will visit Malvern College on Friday (May 18) for the traditional match each year between the two sides.
The Academy are hoping to return to action for the first time since defeating Nottinghamshire and Gloucestershire at Kidderminster in early April.
Since then all of their matches have been washed out.
It is a particularly poignant fixture in being the first for the Academy since their former player – and ex Malvern College pupil – Josh Baker passed away.
Off spinner Chris Ellison, who picked up six wickets for the Seconds during two T20 wins over Oxford UCCE at Stourport this week, is part of the squad.
Fin Goodman will captain the side with Joe Porter keeping wicket and play gets underway at 4.30pm.
