These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. The Promoter: Pluxee UK LTD, Enigma, The Park MK, Ortensia Drive, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK17 8LX.
2. Eligibility: The prize draw is only open to WCCC Cashback Card Cardholders who activate their card and/or make a purchase, and/or request an upgrade from a nonpayment membership card to a cashback membership card during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion opens to entries at 00:01 GMT on 12th August 2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st August 2024.
4. Prize Draw Winner Selection: The winners will be drawn within 30 calendar days from the end of the Promotion Period. All valid transactions during the Promotion Period will be placed into the prize draw whereby one winner will be selected at random under independent supervision.
5. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by telephone, or the email held on their account within 3 days of winner selection. The Promoter has the right to validate all prize claims and reject any claims not meeting all the terms and conditions as set out. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account.
6. The Prize: The winner will receive a £100 top up which will be added to their cashback card. The Prize can not be altered or amended; is non-transferable and non-refundable; and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value if the prize or an element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. 7. Users Participating in the Competition agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
8. All issues, questions, rights and obligations in connection with this Competition, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
9. Announcement of Winner. As required by regulation, the Prize Draw winner will be named on our site for a limited period of time. In virtue of protecting the winner’s personal data, the announcement will be discussed in detail prior to publishing.
