Worcestershire Seconds were frustrated by the weather with the first and fourth days of their Championship match with Derbyshire at Barnt Green washed out.
Only 83.3 overs were possible during the four-day match with Derbyshire scoring 301-8 after being put into bat by Worcestershire skipper Ed Pollock.
It was a similar scenario to earlier in the campaign when the elements severely restricted the amount of play possible during the opening block of Championship cricket.
Worcestershire had to be content with a 10-point haul – two points for bowling and eight for a share of the spoils.
Academy duo, batter Fin Goodman and all-rounder Henry Hawes, were both handed their Seconds debut.
Goodman did not have the opportunity to bat but Hawes (10-2-35-2) picked up two wickets, including former Worcestershire player Ross Whiteley.
Harry Darley (8-4-13-1), who appeared for the Rapids in the Vitality Blast and Metro Bank One Day Cup, made the first breakthrough.
Spinner Tom Hinley, who featured in all nine One Day Cup matches, finished with 9.3-0-49-2 and triallist Seb Allison 20-5-53-2. Reeve Evitts (18-4-61-1) was the other wicket-taker.
Derbyshire reached 252-5 but then lost five wickets for 49 runs.
