Worcestershire CCC are opening our 2024-25 search for the next young Pears to start their journey on the WCCC Pathway.
During the 2023-24 nomination process a total of 476 boys and 126 girls were observed and attended trials. This showed a increase of 6% from the previous year and we hope that this continues as we develop our talent identification process.
At this stage we are inviting new nominations from all sectors to enter the observation sessions for both the boys and girls talent pathways.
The club continues to strive in becoming the leading talent pathway in terms of talent identification, development and inclusion in the country. With the above in mind, Worcestershire County Cricket Club invites you to nominate your son or daughter via the link below.
